How much does it cost to become a Connection subscriber?
Answer:  $23.89 per year....that's all!  Adding HST makes it $27.00 in total and when divided by 12 months, it's $2.25 per month.

The Connection sustains its operations from these subscription fees and the special events that it produces.  To maintain our separation and objectivity, we do not permit paid advertising.

Is the "Connection" a non-profit organization?"
Answer:  We are not a non-profit....but we are respectful of people's time and value for the dollar.  

How do I go about recommending or participating in one of the Inside Connection video casts?
Answer:  We're always looking for relevant, qualified and engaging personalities for our video castseries.  Send us your thoughts at contact@rotarydialconnection.com and if we think there's a fit, we'll be reaching out to you?

How is content selected and presented on The Rotary Dial Connection?
Answer:  We are overly careful in who the Connection presents to our subscribers, whether on our website, our social media sites or any event we may be involved in.  Any aspiring media or sponsors are vetted through our internal review process and are subject to termination at any time if our standards are compromised.  We know all to well how challenging it is to sift through the internet without being presented with offensive and relentless materials.....we won't do that.

We're interested in becoming an Affiliate for The Rotary Dial Connection...who do we talk to?
Answer:  Best to email our Affiliates Team at contact@rotarydialconnection.com to discuss the opportunity further.  It's important to understand that our affiliates relationship is non-pecuniary and determined by our internal vetting process to ensure the highest level of respect and credibility that our subscribers would expect.  

The relationship with our affiliates is simple......affiliates benefit from our sharing of subscriber survey and focus group data and in return, we like to post their logo on our Affiliates Page, so our subscribers know who is using this information.

How do we Advertise with The Rotary Dial Connection?
Answer:  The Rotary Dial Connection does not permit advertising on its website or other materials.

What happens to my email address if I give it to you?"
Answer:  All subscribers can be confident in knowing that their email addresses and protected and secure at Rotary Dial Connection.  No subscriber emails will ever be provided to anyone including advertisers, retailers, vendors, etc. and are collected only for purposes of The Rotary Dial Connection gathering group survey data and corresponding with you directly for information.  

Who Knows What My Survey Responses Are?
Answer:  You, The Rotary Dial Connection and nobody else.  Our use of Survey Monkey (the survey software company we use) does not required the person filling out the survey to provide any information that identifies the individual.  

Any polls or surveys conducted by us, for sharing with the academic community are bulk, statistical results and contain no identities individuals,

No survey identities will ever be provided to anyone including advertisers, retailers, vendors, etc. and are collected only for purposes of The Rotary Dial Connection gathering group survey data and corresponding with you directly for information.

What About Privacy & Security of the data I provide
Answer:  All of the personal data of our subscribers (name, address, email, phone number) is collected in our Subscriber Management System that is provided by Wild Apricot, a Canadian based technology provider here in Toronto.

Wild Apricot’s hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), is world’s largest cloud provider, offering the most robust and reliable platform.  Wild Apricot solution is distributed over one AWS Region with at least three Availability Zones (data centres). All backups are delivered to separate regions.

Wild Apricot payment systems use a high grade of hosting at Armor, the leader in secure cloud hosting, capable of protecting sensitive data and brand reputations of the world's biggest enterprises. They use two data centers located in Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ to provide a very reliable solution.
